The company has delivered top-notch housing solutions to over 3,000 customers in Nigeria and beyond, making Dotun one of the most successful real estate CEOs in the country.

He is a consummate leader who has a passion for building people and enabling them to reach their full potential He is an excellent business development expert with impeccable negotiation skills.

Dotun oversees a team of over 45 purpose-driven individuals in Lagos, Abuja and Ibadan and has worked with over 1,500 realtors on 27 estates and counting. Under his guidance, the company is currently spearheading the construction of 14 units of smart home apartments at Abijo GRA, Lagos State, Nigeria which is known as the First Fountain Court and 150-unit bungalow apartments in the Mowe area of Ogun State, Nigeria.

Dotun holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Business School, Netherlands, and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Cape-town. He is an alumnus of the illustrious Lagos Business School – (OMP 31) and the University of Oxford, London International Real Estate Program (2022).

He is a man of many accolades, having earned numerous awards and honours, including the

Achievers Award for Outstanding Real Estate CEO of the Year in 2019 and being named one of the top under forty CEOs for 2021 by The Summit. He was also decorated as an honorary member of the Rotary Club in 2020. These remarkable achievements are a testament to his unyielding spirit, unwavering determination, and unrelenting focus on excellence.
